christmas break
We are going to take a short break from baking over Christmas. Our last bake day before holidays will be Wednesday, Dec. 23. We will be back to work on Tuesday, Dec. 29. A wonderful holiday season to all!

Using a toothpick, wood skewer or a piece of raw spaghetti, test the cake for doneness by placing the toothpick into the middle of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.Bakery Equipment
